【摘要】:TheaimofthisEuropeanStandardistodefinetherequirementsthatamonoblocwheelofafreightofpassengerrailwayvehiclenon-poweredaxleshallmeetinordertobeabletobeusedonaEuropeannetwork.Forwheelsofpoweredaxlesorwheelswithnoisedampers,therequirementsmaybeamendedorsupplemented.Forlightvehiclesandtramways,otherstandardsordocumentsacceptedbythecustomerandsuppliermaybeused.ThisEuropeanStandardonlyappliestowheelsofnewdesign.Theserequirementsareintendedtoassessthevalidityofthedesignchoicefortheproposeduse.Theassessmentoftheserequirementsisthetechnicalapprovalprocedure.ThisEuropeanStandardisapplicabletoforgedandrolledwheelsforwhichthequalityrequirementsaredefinedinEN13262.
