【摘要】:Thisspecificationcoverspressure-ratedcompositepipeandfittingsforthetransportofhotorcoldliquids,beverages,orgasesthatarecompatiblewiththecompositepipeandfittings.Compositepipeisproducedusingabuttweldedaluminumpipeasacore,withanextrudedinsidelayerofcrosslinkedpolyethylene(PEX)orpolyethylene(PE).Anadhesivelayerisusedtobondtheinsidelayertothewallofthealuminumpipe.Anouterlayerofpolyethylene(PE)andanadhesivelayerareextrudedtotheouterwallofthealuminumpipe.CompositepipeisproducedinfourconfigurationsandreferencedinFig.1,asClasses1,2,3,and4compositepipe.Thisspecificationincludescompressionfittingsandcompressionjoints,whicharereferencedin.Compressionfittingsasdescribedinthisspecificationarenotcompatibleforgastransportation.Threadedfittingsarereferencedin.Thefollowingprecautionarycaveatpertainsonlytothetestmethodportionofthisspecification:Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.ThevaluesstatedinacceptableSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareprovidedforinformationonly.Thevaluesstatedineachsystemarenotexactequivalents,therefore,eachsystemshallbeusedindependentlyoftheother.Combiningvaluesfromthetwosystemsmayresultinnonconformancewiththespecification.
