【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiestheprocedurefordeterminationoftheshearloadresistanceofthermallysprayedcoatings,providedthataminimumthicknessisgiven.AdditionallythisEuropeanStandarddefinestheshearloadresistanceandthedesignationofthefracture’sstructureonthetestspecimen,whichoccurswhentheshearadhesiveoradhesive/cohesiveorcohesivestrengthofthecoatingorthecoatingsystemwillbeexceeded.Thetestreportisthebasisforcomparativestatementsregardingshearloadresistanceandstructureoffracture.NOTEThetestforthedeterminationoftheshearloadresistanceisnotrecommendedforsprayedcoatingsthinnerthanapproximately150μmbecausetheadjustmentofsheardistancebecomescritical.
